Terms & Conditions.

These are just the terms and conditions of the business aka The Boring Stuff. On this page, we aim to cover as many immediate questions that may come to mind. We aim to reply within 24 hours of receiving the message.

Stickers, Cards Health & Your Safety.

We use stickers and business cards to promote our business. However, due to the sizes of them and the materials used we recommend that you do not have them anywhere near young children because the materials of the stickers & business cards are a possible choking hazard. Refrain from applying stickers to the skin. We do not take responsibility for any injuries related to the stickers and/or business cards being used inappropriately/irresponsibly after purchase. Free stickers and a business card are included in every purchase made on the site; however, you may purchase stickers in packs of 10-50 via "Shop" - "Sticky-Stuff". 

Shipping, Sizing & Exchanges.

We strictly do not accept returns due to certain constraints, once your product has been ordered we are immediately notified and will begin to process your order. We do accept exchanges only in relation to sizes, either one up or down in size or either half a size up or down. If you have further questions in regards to sizing, head over to "Contact" page and fill out the form on there for your inquiry. If you aren't sure about international sizing then please refer to the following Sizing Chart.

Once an order is placed and payment is approved you will receive a confirmation email. 

Once processed and shipped, you will:

• Receive an email of confirmation confirming your purchase and that your order has been processed completely and will now be shipped. 

• Please allow 3-7 working days for us to process the order and get the sneakers shipped. Due to high demand in sales you may experience slight delays in processing/shipments. We thank you for purchasing with us and for your patience. Please contact us directly if it is urgent.

• All products are shipped double boxed free of charge and shipping fees are covered within the price of the individual product when purchasing in the UK unless stated otherwise. 

International Shipping.

We are more than happy to ship internationally; however, shipping fees for international shipping vary from country to country. To make an International order head over to the "Contact" page and fill out the form on there - May you please include the following:

• Your Full name

• Email Address

• Product

• Size 

• Message 

• A location i.e. Full address

• Any other relevant information

Processing times will be the same for International orders as it is for orders in the UK, however shipping times may differ. Please make sure that ALL of your details are correct when filling out the form. 

Customs Charge. (International Orders Only)

Customs charges are dependent on your country of residence; we do not cover any duty charges once products have been shipped. Royal mail has their own legal regulations on Customs charges for international shipments. Customs fees are calculated by Border Force on behalf of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). These charges aren’t applied by Royal Mail.

Once orders have been approved, complete and shipped, the following will happen:

• Your products will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed & Tracked for
• Proof of postage will be emailed directly to you as well as a photograph of the shipping receipt
• All of which will be included in the Shipment Confirmation Email. You can track your shipment via the link attached in the Shipment Confirmation Email.

Payments.

Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal where you can make credit/debit card payments with or without a PayPal account. 

PayPal is an American company operating a worldwide online payments system that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders.

So don't worry, your payments will always be secure and safe - digital invoices are kept for each individual order making it easy to access your order if there are any further inquiries or problems related to your purchase. We will also include a printed copy of the invoice within the shipment.
